What we collect through bnetworked.ca, where it goes, and how you control it.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Who we are

bNetworked Inc. (“bNetworked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider based in Digby, Nova Scotia, Canada, serving businesses across Atlantic Canada. AI Command is the AI advisory practice of bNetworked Inc., operated at aicommand.ca under its own privacy policy.

This policy explains what information we collect through bnetworked.ca (the “Site”), how we use it, and how you can control it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you interact with the Site:

  • Booking a call: When you schedule a call through our booking widget (for example, a Cyber Strategy Session), we collect the information you provide in that process, typically your name, email address, and the date and time you select.

The Site’s “Check your AI readiness” links take you to aicommand.ca, a separate site operated by bNetworked Inc. as the AI Command practice. Information you provide there is covered by AI Command’s own privacy policy, not this one.

We do not currently operate a live chat widget or a general contact form on the Site, though this may be added in the future. If so, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Information collected automatically

The Site does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any similar third-party advertising or cross-site tracking technology, or any other analytics tool.

Cookies

Because the Site does not currently run any tracking technology, it does not require a cookie consent banner under most applicable frameworks. Any cookies in use are limited to first-party functionality. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so should not affect your ability to use the Site’s core functionality.

If you are visiting from the European Union or another jurisdiction with specific cookie-consent requirements and have concerns about this approach, please contact us using the form below.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and confirm calls or meetings you request
  • Follow up with relevant information about our services, where you have provided your information for that purpose
  • Understand general Site usage to improve content and user experience, if analytics are added in the future

5. Where your information goes

Information you submit through the Site is processed using the following third-party service providers:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM platform): used to store and manage contact information and manage booking requests. This is accessed through a licensed white-label of GoHighLevel.
  • Microsoft 365: booking requests made through the Site sync into our internal Microsoft 365 calendar system for scheduling purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with any party outside of the service providers listed above except where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and for legitimate business purposes. If you would like your information deleted, you may request this at any time using the form below, and we will delete it within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent to future communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please use the form below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices evolve. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing law: This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
