Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Who this applies to
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bnetworked.ca (the “Site”), operated by bNetworked Inc. (“bNetworked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, including booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that “you” in these Terms refers to both you and that business.
AI Command, the AI advisory practice of bNetworked Inc., operates at aicommand.ca under its own terms of service. CommVantage, a joint venture of bNetworked Inc. and Langsecure Security, operates at commvantage.ca under its own terms of service. This document covers bnetworked.ca only.
2. What the Site offers
The Site provides information about bNetworked’s managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft 365, compliance, and AI advisory services, and lets you book a call with our team.
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quote, or contract for service. Information about our services, including any pricing, timelines, or outcomes described on the Site, is general in nature. Actual scope, pricing, and terms are confirmed only once we have discussed your specific needs and provided you with a formal proposal or service agreement.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through our booking widget or any contact method on the Site
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without our permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others
We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to bNetworked Inc. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or business research into our services, but you may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose Site content for any other commercial purpose without our written permission.
The bNetworked and AI Command names and logos, and any partner or platform names or logos referenced on the Site, belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe our business relationships and partnerships.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site references or links to third-party services, including aicommand.ca and commvantage.ca, and relies on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel (our CRM) and Microsoft 365 (our scheduling system and technology partner), to operate the booking feature described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or platforms beyond our own use of them as described in our Privacy Policy.
Testimonials and client outcomes described on the Site reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for every business.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues. Information on the Site about our services is provided in good faith but is general in nature and may not reflect the exact scope, pricing, or approach applicable to your business until confirmed directly with us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bNetworked Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to any separate service agreement you enter into with us for actual IT, cybersecurity, or advisory services, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our practices or services evolve. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
